Knitted baby cocoon

Free Pattern: Size 7 Circular knitting needles 1 set of 4 double pointed needles size 7 I used Bernat baby coordinates in white, light yellow and baby blue One stich marker and large eyed needle to sew in loose ends Holding 2 strands together, CO 100 stitches and join being careful not to twist your stitches. Knit in the round for about 18 inches, switching to double pointed needles when you feel comfortable. I switched right around my 8th decrease row. Start decreasing as follows... R1: *K23, K2TOG* Repeat to end of round. R2: *K22, K2TOG* Repeat to end of round. R3: *K21, K2TOG* Repeat to end of round. R4: *K20, K2TOG* Repeat to end of round. R5: *K19, K2TOG* Repeat to end of round. R6: *K18, K2TOG* Repeat to end of round. Keep following this same pattern, decreasing by 4 each round, till you have 12 stitches left on your needles. Using your large eyed sewing needle, carefully pull the remaining 12 stiches off your needles and onto the sewing needle and pull tight to cinch closed. ...
